Tax, Shipping cost *Flat rate 1,000JPY (tax included) for domestic shipment.

For item we have in stock, it will be despatched within 1 week after next business day from the date you made the order (the same day subject to availability and receipt of payment).

For made-to-order items, we start production procedure after the receipt of payment. Items will be despatched within 1 week after next business day from the day we notify you in those products’ completion.

(No dispatches will be made on Golden Week, Summer Holidays, Silver Week and New Years.)

(1) In Advance Bank Transfer

Items will be dispatched after receipt of payment for items we have in stock. For the made-to-order items, your order will be completed after receipt of payment.

Please burden bank transfer fee at your expense.

Please note, your order will be canceled within 1 week from your order day if we couldn’t confirm your payment.

Returns are accepted only on the condition below.

• The wrong item had arrived which you haven’t ordered.
• The item had arrived damaged or faulty.

In those case, we offer a complimentary return shipping.

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on any items on the condition below.

• Used item.
• Damaged item from your own inappropriate use.
• Items with a slight difference of color from what you imaged. (Please be aware beforehand that the image of the item may differ from the actual color due to the characteristics of laptop or mobile browser.)
